Energeia - a public benefit company (national registration number [IČO] 25999859) - was founded in September 2003.

In the company's Statutes, support of Klíček Foundation's goals, ideals and principles is explicitly expressed.

One of the company's biggest plans is to set up a powerplant on the Labe (Elbe) river at the town of Štětí. The money made by the plant should be used to finance selected non-profit activities, especially our children's hospice at Malejovice.
