The nursing unit will be able to offer full range of palliative and terminal care services.

The new building will be erected next to the school building; a corridor will then connect both of the houses. Capacity of the new building will be 8 families.

In 2004, we chose a project that seems to suit our needs best: it's author, young architect Vít Polák, came up with a sophisticated and well structured design that overshadowed the other six projects participating in the competition.

Construction costs of the nursing unit are estimated at 40 mils CZK. The building, as well as its prospective running costs, might be ideally covered by Energeia, o.p.s., a public benefit company whose plans are rather brave but not entirely unrealistic.
